Olivia Kohan came away with top ribbons at Menlo Horse Show. She rode Hillcrest’s Blue Winsome to the Championship in the Small Pony Hunters. Kohan also successfully stole the Reserve Champion in the Medium Pony Hunters aboard Silver Spring.
The year ended with two great awards. Sofie Applegate was named 2003 WCHR Southwest Region Champion Pony rider while sister, Gabby Applegate, followed closely behind nabbing the title of 2003 WCHR Southwest Region Reserve Champion Pony Rider.
To add to the excitement Gabby took 2nd place at Capital Challenge in the $2,500 WCHR Pony Challenge aboard Clean Slate.
Nicolette Von Heidegger rides her own Material Girl to receive the Champion in the Modified Child/Adult Hunters as well as receiving the Championship in Pony Equitation.
